Director of Grounds for Beachfront Luxury Resort on the Big Island

Location - Big Island, HI

Salary - $140,000 - $150,000

The role oversees daily operations in landscape maintenance, pool and pond service, and golf maintenance for various contracts, ensuring both revenue generation and competitive pricing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing landscape, pool, and pond services.
• Strong ability in financial management, including setting contract rates and reviewing bids.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and experience with the native plants and foliage found in Hawaii highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day operations across multiple service areas.
• Evaluate and select cost-effective bids for projects while adhering to company standards.
• Market services and secure maintenance contracts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
