Job Description
As a Financial Leader at KSI, you will be responsible for the design, creation, maintenance, and distribution of a broad range of financial analyses and reports related to the full range of KSI's financial and operating performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform the planning, budgeting, forecasting, allocations & financial analysis of all corporate activities, while effectively interacting with multiple levels of leadership within the organization and preparing deliverables for the Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer and other key leaders within the organization.
  • Support decision making and accurate planning through the development of financial models, summary of assumptions and key financial metric analyses
  • Manage functional cost center budgets and serve as a finance business partner to the respective budget owners
  • Develop and deliver a robust, consistent and accurate analysis of business performance
  • Analyze data through financial and metric reporting while highlighting material variances, trends, & risks/opportunities, and providing insightful commentary to the business and partners
  • Manage team of analysts and managers
  • Drive consistency and improvement in business analysis and reporting
  • Perform ad hoc analyses on financial data and business requests to monitor tactical decisions and enable strategic decision making
  • Develop robust financial models and scenario planning

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of analytical/ finance experience
  • 5+ years of leadership or management.
  • Prior experience working in a Private Equity portfolio company
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science
  • High level of skill in Microsoft Office - especially Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating information with accuracy
  • The ability to create Power BI and Excel models to turn large data sets into clear summary tables and visuals to aid in understanding
  • Experience creating data models and using data visualization tools.
  • Previous experience with Power BI, SQL, or other tools a plus

Additional Information
Compensation:
Salary rate ranging from $130,000-$150,000 based on experience
