Keller Williams Main Line located in Ardmore, PA is seeking a talented and people-oriented Receptionist/Director of First Impressions (DOFI for short). This job will require someone who can work in a dynamic, fast-paced, highly productive environment and needs to be willing to do whatever is asked by their teammates and the agents in the office. The workplace is business casual. The hours for this position will most likely be 8:30 am-5 pm. If you have previous experience managing a front desk we would love to discuss this opportunity with you. 

The ideal candidate is positive, outgoing, learning-based, a strong communicator, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office. The DOFI is the face of our Market Center, welcoming agents and clients with a warm and genuine smile. This person will be responsible for opening and closing the reception area, directing guests appropriately; notifying agents and staff of arrival, answering phones, and directing calls to agents within the Market Center, keeping the office supplies stocked the coffee hot, and all other things that go along with helping the office run smoothly. They are also responsible for data input of listing and sales data for agents in a fast-paced and highly productive office. Assisting in event coordination will also be a part of this role. 

Compensation:

  • Pay Range: $40,000-$45,000
  • PTO
  • 50% of the Health Insurance Premium & Dental Insurance Premium starting in 90 days (happy to provide an estimate if needed)

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Handling checks, mail, and packages as they arrive in the office
  • Answering phone calls and directing correspondence to the appropriate parties
  • Provide effective solutions to inquiries, concerns, or issues
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through clear and empathetic communication
  • Setting up training and meeting rooms for daily events
  • Maintaining market center and training room cleanliness and organization
  • Maintaining continuity within the Market Center by building relationships with agents and being a culture leader. WE WOULD NEVER SPEAK POORLY ABOUT OUR AGENTS
  • Creating Market Center notifications and distributing them via email
  • Assisting management team with agent onboarding and administrative duties
  • Assist in coordinating Market Center events
  • Supporting the office leadership as needed
  • Providing administrative and technical support to agents as needed
  • Create and maintain an office supply inventory and manage the ordering of supplies
  • Maintain office cleanliness and tidied up on an as-needed basis
  • Coordinating Agent settlements in the office
  • Managing the conference room booking schedule
  • Setting up the training room for the events of the day - moving chairs, tidying up, setting up Zoom, etc

Qualifications:

  • Desire and ability to ANSWER THE PHONES all day every day
  • Monday.com experience would be great but is not required
  • Great attitude and a servant's heart. WE WOULD NEVER SPEAK POORLY ABOUT OUR AGENTS
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage, organize, and execute events and multiple projects
  • Positive Can-do Attitude
  • Past experience running a front desk
  • Neat, clean, professional appearance
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite - Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google products such as Drive, Docs, and Sheets. Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Technology skills
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not required
  • Experience routing leads that come into the main phone number to others and inputting them into a client management system
