We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our suite of ERP Products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, engineering leaders, product managers, designers, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teamwork: A commitment to working as part of a team to achieve optimal results
Lead the engineering team, providing guidance and mentorship to help them reach their full potential
Implement engineering processes and methodologies to ensure that our products are developed efficiently and effectively
Collaborate with product management and key stakeholders to develop and prioritize product roadmaps, client commitments, and feature sets
Drive the development and deployment of new features and functionalities, working closely with the engineering team to ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget
Ensure that the engineering team is using the latest tools and technologies to maximize efficiency and productivity
Represent the engineering team in cross-functional meetings, working closely with other departments to ensure that our products are aligned with company goals and objectives
Continuous Improvement: A self-driven desire to find better ways to accomplish things
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5+ years of experience in managing engineering teams of 15+
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent working experience
Experience in transforming legacy & monolithic applications into modern software applications in balance with priorities and budget.
Experience in Oracle Database Systems & Architecture
Experience in Amazon or Azure Webservices & On-Premises Datacenters
Strong background in applying modern engineering practices (SOLID, DDD, CI/CD, Testing, etc.)  to .NET software platforms
Strong belief in and use of best practices
Strong experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
