We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Employee Experience to join our team. As the Director of Employee Experience, you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing the employee journey within our organization. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Job Overview: As the Director of Employee Experience at Lifetime Assistance, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment for our employees. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall experience within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to foster a culture of engagement and collaboration among employees.
- Retention Strategies: Implement programs and policies to improve employee retention rates and reduce turnover.
- Employee Feedback: Gather feedback from employees through surveys (exit, stay, engagement), focus groups, and one-on-one meetings to identify areas for improvement.
- Recognition Programs: Design and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance and contributions.
- Professional Development: Coordinate with learning and development team to support employee growth and career advancement.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Collaborate with HR and leadership to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Employee Wellness: Implement wellness programs and initiatives to support employees' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- HR Partnership: Work closely with the HR team to align Employee Experience strategies with HR policies and practices.
- Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics related to Employee Experience and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Communication: Effectively communicate Employee Experience initiatives, programs, and updates to all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years in a Human Resources management role with proven experience in employee engagement and retention management.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with employee feedback mechanisms, survey tools, and data analysis.
- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
