We are looking for an experiencedDirector of Demand Generationto join the Marketing Team as a hybrid role in our Teaneck, NJ office. This role will focus on the administrative side of the department, managing project timelines, updating spreadsheets and helping build written processes as our company quickly scales across the US. This role provides support wherever needed to ensure the departmental and organizational goals are achieved.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Head the company’s performance and demand lead generation efforts
  • Manage owned channels such as newsletters, email sequences, Linkedin marketing, account management and sales relationships, community leveraging, referral programs and more
  • Build out external marketing at multiple channels such as PPC efforts as part of the ICP, brand awareness, broad lead generation for events, retargeting campaigns, email outreach, letter mailer outreach, customer events initiatives and more
  • Build advertorial relationships with publishers and channel marketing partners to help distribute messaging and generate lead generation
  • Own the funnel from content creation to lead gen efforts
  • Work with external suppliers for printing and material creation
  • Operate closely to the sales and business development teams in order to determine the targeted ICP and recommend on budget distribution
  • Lead the company’s SDR efforts for cold calling, emailing and utilizing other channels such as Linkedin, SMS and more creative tools

Requirements:

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in lead generation and performance related roles for SaaS and B2B related tech startups
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Assertive and creative individual with a proven ‘out of the box’ mentality in utilizing growth hacking and different tools to assist lead generation
  • Extensive experience in Demand Generation, ABM and performance channels such as PPC campaigns and specifically managing budgets of $1M annually and above for channels such as Linkedin, Google Display, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, Instagram etc
  • Experience with distribution list purchasing and working on cold email and calling sequences to create better lead generation
  • Experience with 3rd party tools such as Lusha, Zopto, Zoominfo etc.
  • Excellent written and communications skills - able to network and create lead generation plans for initiative events such as dinners, demonstration days and conferences
  • Technical experience in landing page setup, SEO and pixel optimization
  • Candidate must be organized and detail oriented
  • A team player who is not afraid to do something outside of their job description to help the company

  • Knowledge and experience in the automotive world
  • Worked with press and communications related tasks
  • Copywriting skills and hands-on experience in content creation
