Stronger Youth Brands is hiring a Director of Curriculum and Training to lead the charge of evolving and improving our childrens enrichment programs, coach training & education! This role drives strategy and process to enhance curriculum, develop innovative programs, and materials, and coach training/resources to ensure Soccer Shots and Little Kickers franchises can deliver a top-tier childrens experience.
Stronger Youth Brands (SYB) is a franchising platform offering diversified, high-quality child-centric enrichment programming to discerning families. Our growing team supports over 400 Soccer Shots franchises (US & Canada) and Little Kickers franchises (Global) running intro-to-soccer programs for kids ages 2-8.

We serve over 500,000 kids each year in North America alone, and were growing!

Role responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Oversee development of Soccer Shots and Little Kickers Curriculum
  • Develop and evolve Curriculum Philosophy
  • Oversee regular updates to curriculum, program resources, and family resources based on ECE standards and youth soccer/football industry best practices.
  • Vet, evaluate, develop, and implement new programs carrying new initiatives from start to finish.
  • Direct cross-departmental collaboration with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistency in delivery of product.
• Develop Coach Training (Train the Trainer) resources.
  • Evaluate, update and revise coaches training.
  • Direct and collaborate with operations on new training opportunities, coaching standards, and coach evaluation tools to ensure our coaches stay the best in the business.
  • Continually evaluate policies concerning child safety.
• Communication & Feedback
  • Lead teams in collecting and reviewing curriculum feedback from coaches and franchise owners, including leading the Curriculum Committee
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on Coaching and Training
  • Stay up to date on ECE standards, and coach/educator best practices. \
  • Be the champion (voice and face) of Curriculum and Training amongst franchise communities.
  • Onboard new franchise owners into curriculum system (LMS) and curriculum philosophy
• Current Direct Reports: 1

We're looking for hard-working, team-players with:

• Masters degree in education or related field
• 7 years of relevant work experience in early childhood education, curriculum writing/implementing, training, or recreation management
• Familiarity with the game of Soccer and coaching experience preferred.
