Morrow Home Community is now hiring for a Full-Time Director of Culinary Services!
Earn up to $2,000 in bonuses after 1 year!
This individual will be salaried at 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period and will have a flexible generally Monday through Friday schedule. Successful candidate must be a currently licensed Certified Dietary Manager and have their ServSafe Certification, or complete within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the efficient operation of the Culinary Services Department and to insure that all meals and services provided to the residents are well balanced, appetizing, and meet the needs and desires of the residents.
- This position will work within the scope of positions supervised and will adhere to the policies, procedures and normal practices of the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Required Education: Must have graduated from an approved Food Service Training Program and have a current Certified Dietary Manager License. Must have ServeSafe Certification or complete within 90 days of hire.
- Experience: Considerable knowledge and/or experience in large quantity cooking, food handling, and kitchen equipment preferred. Previous Health Care Culinary experience preferred.
