Description

We are looking for a mission-driven, highly energetic leader passionate about improving the health of women, creating hyper local marketing strategies, and helping Diana Health grow and exceed our growth targets

We know that harnessing the power and support of local communities leads to better patient outcomes. We also know that word of mouth is the most powerful referral source for new Diana Health clients. Your focus will be on leading the local-marketing strategy at Diana Health and directing our on-the-ground Community Outreach Managers. You will help drive Diana Health's overall Community Outreach strategy - accountable for developing and executing on specific outreach plans to achieve our new client growth targets across all Diana Health locations. You will also be a strategic partner to Diana Health's leadership team, thinking through how to create local networks of referring providers that drive new client growth, and how to expand and refine our existing Community Outreach strategies to create a repeatable playbook that can be rolled out to all future Diana Health practices.

Plus, you'll be a Marketing subject matter expert and will work with the Head of Marketing to localize our email marketing strategy and brand partnerships strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Lead Diana Health's Community Outreach Strategy across all Diana Health locations
    • Manage each Community Outreach Manager at Diana Health's existing practices
      • Provide mentorship, encouragement, and new ideas and practices to help achieve monthly growth targets
      • Provide ongoing development opportunities for each Community Outreach Manager
      • Assist in laying out local growth strategy with the local Community Outreach Manager
      • Responsible for performance reviews, assessments, and ongoing developmental feedback
    • Onboard and train new Community Outreach Managers
      • Partner with the Head of Marketing to hire new Community Outreach Managers as new Diana Health practices open
      • Lead the development of each new market's initial Community Outreach strategy
        • Including preliminary review of the market
        • Delegation of the development of the initial CRM
      • Travel to each new Diana Health location for the following:
        • Training and onboarding of the new COM
        • Attendance and on-site assistance at each Grand Opening
        • Attendance and on-site assistance with one Community Listening Session
      • Provide ongoing management and mentorship support to new Community Outreach Managers
    • Partner with the Head of Marketing to complete an audit of current Community Outreach strategy and augment where necessary
    • Develop a repeatable playbook for Community Outreach in each new Diana Health location, building off of existing playbooks
    • Develop a physician liaison / physician speakers playbook and strategy to be repeatable across all Diana Health locations
    • Act as the SME for Community Outreach to Diana Health's corporate leadership team
    • Provide quarterly Community Outreach updates for each location, for quarterly hospital reviews, in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
  • Collaborate with the Central Marketing Team
    • Assist in developing print and digital collateral for Community Outreach efforts (both for prospective clients and for community partners)
    • Build out local email marketing strategy and delegate execution of monthly email campaigns
    • Build out a local brand partnership playbook, helping to operationalize brand partnerships as a market awareness tactic in each of our local markets
    • Own and drive our local marketing strategies across all locations
    • Work with Head of Marketing to develop local social media strategy for each location

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in sales, physician liaison, Community Outreach, or a role focused on relationship-building in diverse communities
  • Available some evenings and weekends for events
  • Previous management experience required
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including the ability to effectively present information to a wide variety of audiences
    • Strong project planning and organizational competency
