We are seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping new & existing clients, providing product and service information and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming new clients & seeing that they are completely taken care of from A to Z!
• Calling and scheduling annual services on their water equipment.
• Handling over the phone and in-person inquiries.
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
• Document and update customer based records and interactions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base of the evolving new products and services.
• Assist with events.
• Cleaning & maintaining office & warehouse on a weekly basis.
• Running errands for the office.
• Rescheduling & Confirming scheduled appointments.
• Keeping meeting notes.
• Organize paperwork, filing, etc.
• Other office duties as needed.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent customer relations!
• Excellent phone communication.
• Personal and Outgoing.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor & dress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must know Microsoft Excel, Word and CRM type programs.
• Think skin! Able to be coached and mentored.
• Have a strong mental winning attitude.
• Can pass a drug test and background check.
