Who We're Looking For:

EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Client Operations. In this critical role, you will coordinate activities for all aspects of Client Operations, including client implementations and corresponding operational reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will be analytically curious, meticulous, self-directed, and collaborative.

 

What You'll Do:

The Director of Client Operations role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Proactively develops and maintains the client implementation strategy that aligns with the enterprise objectives.
  • Provide direct leadership to the implementation teams while fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Establish and maintain a strategic partnership with our third-party service provider(s) while creating a scalable operating model that provides the necessary support to successfully service our customers to the guarantees laid out in all applicable contracts.
  • Participates in continuous professional development activities to stay up to date on PBM products, trends, services, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with members of the enterprise to design and implement enhanced operational processes that are scalable, cost-efficient, and accelerate our growth and retention strategy.
  • Translates the strategy into clear operational initiatives/plans.
  • Mobilize and empower teams to successfully execute our key initiatives that align with the department’s strategy.
  • Create and maintain an implementation dashboard and KPIs that illustrate the department's overall performance, including the status of critical initiatives.
  • Foster best-in-class change management methods to ensure new processes are adopted and utilized consistently across the department(s).
  • Define and roll out our broader implementation operating model that is scalable, efficient, and meets the needs of our clients and growth strategy.
  • Establish reusable templates that the implementation managers will leverage throughout the lifecycle of an implementation.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for internal teams and for the client when needing additional support during the implementation.
  • Support the Implementation Managers when mitigating all risks or issues arising during the implementation.
  • Establish the proper processes and controls to ensure all implementations are completed with at least 99% accuracy and 100% client satisfaction.
  • Introduce, deploy, and maintain tools and technology, such as Salesforce, which enable Implementation Managers to effectively support our customers as outlined in the enterprise goals.
  • Own and drive the process for identifying and developing new enhancement and work order requests with our third-party service provider(s).
  • Develop and maintain a continuous improvement approach to confirm processes and internal controls are in place and updated to meet industry, business, and technology standards.
  • Build a high-performance implementation team that successfully demonstrates the values of EmpiRx Health as well as delivers on the department’s goals and initiatives.
  • Coach teams to build strong professional relationships with their clients and colleagues.
  • Support each team member through development opportunities that utilize their strengths to foster continuous growth.
  • Develop strong working and trusting relationships with our customers, colleagues, and third-party service provider(s).
  • Provide ongoing support to our cross-functional partners when implementing new processes and/or initiatives.
  • Establish routine reporting that is shared with senior leadership to increase transparency. and awareness.

 

 What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
  • 8 years of experience in a healthcare setting
