- Bachelor of Arts Degree preferred;
- Previous experience with Christian Education and/or Children’s Ministries;
- Experience in leading children’s worship, education, and planning children’s events;
- Computer competency in Planning Center, Microsoft Office, Pro Presenter, and all Social Media Platforms;
- Strong organizational and time management skills and pursuit of excellence through attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Create a healthy team ecosystem through leadership of weekly team meetings, a yearly team retreat, and supporting individual ministry leaders in planning, goal-setting, and performance reviews.
- Create a culture where volunteers love to serve through accurately assessing needs and leading the development and implementation of ongoing and effective volunteer recruiting, orientation, placement, onboarding, and training.
