Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position will be responsible for all cemetery services of Hillcrest Memorial Park and Memorial Gardens in Texarkana. In addition, this position will also be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance of all funeral home properties of Texarkana Funeral Home.
Duties

The pay will be dependent on experience, but will range from $40,000 to $60,000 annually. Duties
- Managing the opening and closing of gravesites for Texarkana Funeral Home services.
- Overseeing the grounds maintenance of Hillcrest Memorial Park, Memorial Gardens Cemetery, as well as all Texarkana Funeral Home facilities.
- Managing inventory of outer burial containers and granite.
- Managing the maintenance of all Cemetery Operations equipment.
- Managing all outside maintenance personnel in regards to scheduling and job assignments.
- Assist funeral directors in providing assistance where ever needed.

- Capable of managing their time and delivering results.
- A commitment and drive for providing exceptional service for our families.
- Able to work well with others and provide leadership and direction in stressful situations.

- Ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
