Responsibilities:

• Leadership: As the Director of Catering & Conference Services, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for orchestrating flawless events, conferences, and banquets.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to plan and execute memorable experiences, ensuring their vision comes to life.
• Sales and Strategy: Oversee catering sales, menu development, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
• Service Excellence: Maintain impeccable service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Vendor Relationships: Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Five years of experience in Catering and Conference Services leadership role.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Solid working knowledge of Delphi or other space allocation system preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
• Passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
