We are seeking a Business Development Director to drive our Sales and Marketing efforts, by contacting Hospitals and Healthcare organizations around the country, uncovering various staffing shortages and potential good fits for our line of services.
Responsibilities:
- High volume of calling into hospitals, speaking with various service line directors and managers in regard to our services
- Broadcast marketing through various in-house marketing mediums
- Maintaining excellent records/notes within our CRM/ATS
- Setting high volume of teleconference meetings with potential clients and Business Development Managers
- Hitting daily/weekly/monthly KPI's
2-3 years of healthcare staffing experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to relate to different personality types
- Ability to think outside the box
- Dedication to establishing a career path and developing people
- Ability to balance cultural contributions, personal production, and developing people
