Role Summary
The Director of Brand Marketing will be a key member of the ElleVet Sciences marketing team, responsible for leading and executing our Brand Marketing strategy. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and writing skills, as it encompasses overseeing Brand Marketing and creative direction functions.
- Develop and implement a cohesive Brand Marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead and inspire the Brand Marketing team (copywriting, graphic design, and social media)
- Oversee the creation and execution of engaging marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and to integrate Brand Marketing strategies with product marketing, sales, and other departments.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting the Brand Marketing strategy as necessary.
- Manage the Brand Marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Provide creative direction to ensure all marketing materials and content align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging standards.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, reporting on performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Craft compelling and consistent messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
- Over five years of experience in Brand Marketing to include time in a people leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful Brand Marketing strategies.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience overseeing direct reports.
- Creative thinker with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Passionate about the pet health industry and committed to the company’s mission of improving the lives of pets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
