SUMMARY: Reports to the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction. Coordinates and administers the district-testing programs, analyzes test results, disaggregates information and supports district and building staff in analyzing data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for effective performance in the areas listed below.
  • Evaluates the District's testing program, administers the MSIP and other standardized tests as necessary.
  • Coordinate and supervises the administration of all MAP, local and other standardized testing.
  • Analyzes and reports results of test data to appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinates and tracks data required for MSIP reporting and certification.
  • Develops evaluation models to determine the effectiveness of specified district programs as directed by the Superintendent's Cabinet.
  • Communicates effectively with PLC/Data Teams, Instructional Coaches and building staff to coordinate analysis and dissemination of meaningful information to serve.as basis for program and instructional improvement.
  • Serves as a resource in the planning function of various aspects of district efforts as directed by the Superintendent's Cabinet.
  • Serves as a resource to the District for development and implementation of the Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP)
  • Serves as a resource to the District in program design, implementation and improvement to effect student achievement.
  • Assists the Curriculum Coordinator, Professional Development Coordinator and other members of the Curriculum and Instruction team.
  • Works collaboratively with all stakeholders to improve the overall performance of the District.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties listed above. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Successful completion of a Background Check by Human Resources.
  • Master's Degree in education, or education technology required.
  • 5-7 years' experience in the field of testing programs, analysis and data disaggregation.
  • 5 years classroom teaching experience.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Missouri State Teacher's and Administrator Certification required.
  • Possesses experience in statistical analysis.
  • Possesses good presentation skills.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of education environment.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Experience in analyzing large amounts of data.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Exerts 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or
  • Exerts 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or
  • Prolonged periods of working on a computer.
  • Sufficient vision to read printed material, see distant objects with clarity, and identify and distinguish objects.
  • Sufficient hearing to hear conversations in person and on the telephone, and hear sounds clearly up to 20 feet.
  • Ability to speak in an understandable voice with sufficient volume to be heard in normal conversation and on the telephone, and in addressing groups.
  • Requires occasional or frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time.
  • The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and is generally a hazard free environment.
  • Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the school and other facilities as needed.

Start Date: 7/1/24
Year: 12 Month
Salary: Administrator Range on the District Administrator Salary Schedule
