Description

ENT Specialty Partners (ESP), an otolaryngology medical management company, is looking to add a Director of Ancillary Services to our team. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

ESP was formed to ensure that otolaryngologists have access to unrivaled strategic, financial, and operational support. Key Responsibilities:

As the Director of Ancillary Services, you will oversee and drive the performance of critical healthcare business lines including allergy, audiology, and physical therapy. Leveraging your expertise in healthcare administration and business management, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing these Ancillary Services to ensure exceptional patient care delivery and sustainable business growth.

Job Functions Include:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the performance and growth of the allergy, audiology, and physical therapy departments in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and direction to department managers, ensuring efficient operations and optimal patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, implement best practices, and streamline processes to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational data to drive continuous improvement and achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, insurers, and community partners, to expand service offerings and enhance market presence.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry guidelines in all ancillary service operations.
  • Develop and manage department budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost-saving initiatives.

Education, Experience, Skills:

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) required.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in healthcare management, with a focus on Ancillary Services.
  • Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving common objectives.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize competing demands.

This is a hybrid position, that will require about 25% of time in the office or traveling to any of our practice locations.
