Quinnipiac University invites applications for the role of Director of Academic Integrity and Pre-Law Advising. The successful candidate for this position will play a key role in upholding Quinnipiac University's strong commitment to Integrity and to student success. The director serves as a primary campus resource on Academic Integrity matters, overseeing the implementation of Quinnipiac’s Academic Integrity Policy and manages the Academic Integrity program, as well as pre-law advising. Additionally, the director also designs and delivers educational programming initiatives for both students and faculty focusing on Academic Integrity. Reporting to the Vice President of Academic Innovation and Effectiveness and to the Assistant Vice President for Career Development and Experiential Learning within the Office of the Provost, this role is instrumental in fostering a culture of Academic excellence, Integrity and student success.

- Coordinate all administrative aspects of the Academic Integrity juridical process as described in the Academic Integrity Policy. Manage the administration of cases from the initial report to the case review and/or hearing; for example, send out Academic Integrity violation notices; ensure that deadlines are followed; schedule case reviews and hearings as needed; etc.
- Design and lead educational efforts regarding integrity on campus.
- Maintain confidential Academic Integrity records; track data of minor and major Academic Integrity violations, case outcomes, disciplinary actions and sanctions.
- Maintain the Academic Integrity MyQ web site.
- Prepare the end-of-year report regarding Academic Integrity.
- Contribute to reviewing and updating policies/procedures related to the Academic Integrity process.
- Assure that information about Academic Integrity is disseminated on campus.
- Serve as chair of the Academic Integrity Board.
- Provide procedural and substantive direction on the Academic Integrity Policy to students, faculty and Academic Integrity board members.
Pre-Law Advising (25-35% of time depending on time of year)
- Advanced degree in a related field; preference for candidates with a juris doctor degree from an accredited law school
