Fidelity National Financial, Inc. We are hiring a Director of Facilities or Facilities Manager depending on experience to be responsible for the day-to-day management of our 260,000 SF corporate headquarters office building. This individual will oversee for our outsourced Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) program.
Duties
• Manage our IFM provider and IFM program which includes:
o Repairs & Maintenance
o Janitorial
o Mailroom / Shipping & Receiving
o Food Services
o Fitness Center
• Responsible for the overall workplace experience
• Responsible developing and overseeing annual operating and CapEx budgets.
• Responsible for space planning and space allocations.
Education
Four-year college degree preferred.
Experience
7-10 + years of experience overseeing large facilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of building and equipment operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in leading teams in a collaborative manner to new levels of excellence and effectiveness.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work across all levels within the organization.
