Reporting to the CTO, our IT Director manages technology projects from planning through delivery. Liaises between project members, cross functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated. Manages and oversees all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing. scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables. Develops detailed project plans. Monitors project milestones and generate periodic status reports.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment, Use Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential.
- Deep knowledge of modern Tech Stacks for web applications leveraging microservices and micro frontends.
- Experience in web development using MERN Stack or any other modern tech stack is required.
- CI/CD and DevOps experience is ideal.
- Thorough knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business technology or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 4-7 years related experience is required.
