Job Description
Position Summary:
The Investment Operations Director is an integral role within the Inspire team, responsible for monitoring and building internal operational processes throughout the account. The Investment Operations Director will also be responsible for monitoring and enhancing a new reporting tool used heavily throughout the account. Data integrity is of upmost importance for the success of this new tool and client relations so a keen eye for detail and forward thinking are the key attributes required for this role.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Creation of how-to and training documents
  • Collaboration between on- and off-shore teams
  • Fiscal year close letters
  • Manage RFI processes
  • Manage scrum calls
  • Track invoice reversals
  • Escalate unsent Insertion Orders and Order Status reports
  • Oversee reconciliation team - ensure invoices are accurately cleared for payment, meet requirements of client's contractual timeline, etc.
  • Work with vendors to resolve large invoice discrepancies or escalate to investment leads
  • Estimate creation taxonomy
  • Work with onshore leads to determine checks and balances for correct programmatic commission and fee input
  • Review Prisma campaigns to confirm funds and other applicable fees (TAAG and ad serving/verification if this ever comes back in-house) are included where applicable
  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities of junior staff in campaign management tasks
  • Work with onshore team to ensure the PGD digital associates are fully utilized; layer in additional responsibilities as the solutions team grows and becomes more proficient

Qualifications
  • The candidate must have 5-8 years of experience consulting with clients on making strategic investment decisions to improve business results
  • Must have strong functional understanding of contemporary marketing analytics, advertising technology and research techniques, as well as an innovative vision on how the practice should evolve to keep pace with the ever changing marketing environment
  • Strong client management/consultative experience both presenting and resolving issues.
  • Extensive experience leading and managing marketing technology projects from ideation through installation
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills - demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights
  • Solid written and verbal communication skill with ability to communicate/translate complex concepts to non-technical audience
  • Strong understanding and experience with digital media buying, KPI development and technology practices during campaign planning and execution
  • Demonstrated experience with programmatic audience buying concepts and execution
  • Must have demonstrable quantitative skills and the ability to roll up sleeves and dig into the numbers when necessary
  • Must have powerful leadership qualities, as will be required to lead external and internal resources into new marketing effectiveness territories
  • Candidate must have a strong attention to detail, and be able to quality check their teams' work to ensure that data anomalies/mistakes are caught prior to delivery of the analysis to the client teams
  • Candidate must have strong management capabilities, both operationally (as well as strategically) to ensure that guidance is given to all teams on how to enhance the product as the account matures)
  • Candidate must be outgoing and able to integrate with a fast-paced Planning and Activation teams
  • Must be able to cultivate excellent relationships with technology and research partners
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands on, problem solving abilities - "can do" approach (someone who is a thinker and a doer)

Compensation Range: $115,500 - $140,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
