Job Description:
As part of the Discover Ethics & Conduct (E&C) program provide oversight and effective challenge of all investigations practices across the enterprise, ensuring robust risk management, effective performance measurement, and alignment with legal and regulatory obligations. Develop and implement a robust metrics and reporting framework, capturing data on program effectiveness, risk mitigation, and employee behavior. Collaborate with HR, Internal Investigations, Fraud, Technology, and other teams to ensure investigations are performed in a risk appropriate manner and in accordance with the Company's values. Develop and implement controls to monitor and address potential risks related to investigations practices.
Responsibilities:
Implement the Investigations oversight and effective challenge framework of investigations practices and programs, aligned with the E&C strategy, the company's overall business strategy, and risk appetite. Ensure Investigative teams maintain robust documentation, including reporting, policies, procedures, and standards.
Identify and track relevant KPIs and KRIs to monitor risk performance and progress towards objectives. Design and deliver insightful reports to senior management and stakeholders, informing strategic decision-making.
Perform assessment and effective challenge of case results at both the individual case and aggregate level to identify risks or gaps in investigative practices, handling methodologies, and reporting by investigative groups. Partner with investigative groups to design and implement effective controls to mitigate identified risks, prevent misconduct, and promote ethical decision-making.
In select situations, lead select investigations of Ethics Concerns.
Co-lead the development and execution of the Company’s Investigations strategy, aligning it with evolving regulatory requirements and best practices. Continuously monitor and evaluate the program's effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Build strong relationships with senior management, legal counsel, compliance teams, HR, Internal Investigations, Technology, and other stakeholders. Partner effectively to ensure program alignment and achieve shared goals related to ethical conduct. Represent the E&C program in external forums and industry groups.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors in Security and Intelligence or Law
10+ years risk management, compliance, law enforcement, intelligence, security, or related fields experience.
3+ years investigations or related experience.
In lieu of education, 12+ years risk management, compliance, law enforcement, intelligence, security, or related fields experience and 5+ years investigations or related experience.

Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $150,500.00 to $228,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
