About the Role:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our Americas Identity Protection business. This key position involves overseeing and managing the Identity Protection specialists, developing strategies to meet revenue goals, and fostering strong internal and external relationships.
What You'll Do:
Provide oversight to the sales specialists to drive sales strategy and goal achievement.
Participate in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team.
Communicate corporate strategy to your team.
Plan and direct activities such as forecasting, marketing program development, and relationship building.
Establish short-term and long-term goals aligned with objectives.
Identify resources needed for sales strategy support and propose budgets.
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure sales goals are achieved.
Keep senior leadership informed of key business issues.

Remote work and willingness to travel when needed.
Management:
This role involves using management and technical skills to develop and execute company policies, set revenue targets, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Implement strategic policies, adhere to budgets, and oversee Region activities.
Ensure revenue targets are met by hiring and training successful sales professionals.
Prepare and execute a comprehensive business plan and report sales activities to senior management.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an individual contributor and 1 to 5 years as a people manager.
Experience leading senior sales teams with complex product sales is required.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
