Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation programs in alignment with company and functional strategies.
- Lead project-based initiatives such as the year-end compensation cycle, incentive plan design, and survey submission.
- Implement processes and policies which enable efficient delivery of programs to the business.
- Facilitate transparency of programs through management tools, education, and communications to enable manager ownership and deployment.
- Partner with HR Operations and HR Business Partners to optimize processes and identify opportunities for governance and data quality improvements.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and functional and regional leaders to provide recommendations on day to day needs such as new hire offers, promotions, and job leveling.
- Provide subject matter expertise and support on HR technology projects related to compensation requirements, processes, and reporting.
- Analyze compensation data and related metrics regularly to maintain a pulse on key business metrics and program health.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Compensation related roles.
- Experience in managing Compensation for a global company.
- Advanced excel skills and comfort with complex modeling requirements.
- Highest levels of personal and professional integrity.
- Strong change management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical ability to identify creative solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to work across all functions and levels in the organization and regions.
- Effectively manage and work with a virtual team.
- Possess a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable with shifting priorities, styles, and work environments in an evolving role.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity effectively under pressure.
