Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required; a Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Must possess a State of New Mexico licensed Registered RN or a compact license to practice in the state.
- A minimum of two (2) years of endoscopy leadership experience at a Manager level or above is essential.
Job Description:
As the Director of our Endoscopy Center, you will play a crucial role in managing our operations and leading our team towards continued success. The center operates 5 procedure rooms and handles up to 9000 procedures annually, supporting a team of five gastroenterologists. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating closely with staff, peers, and physicians to ensure a cohesive and efficient operational flow.
- Communicating effectively with physicians regarding their schedules and addressing any clinical or other issues that may affect the Endoscopy Center's operations.
- Actively listening to physician concerns and requests, striving for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Empowering and mentoring the team to maintain and enhance the center's successful operation.
Other Qualifications:
- Preferred candidates will have at least five (5) years of endoscopy nursing experience, ideally in a complex endoscopy setting.
- A transformational and collaborative leadership style is highly desirable.
- The ability to work collegially and foster a team-oriented environment is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
