Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Director, PBM of Cost of Goods to join the Pricing, Underwriting and Provider Network team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing Rightway's clients' financial guarantee performance, cost containment strategies, and manufacturer rebate operations and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Oversee Rightway's clients' PBM financial guarantee performance by monitoring performance on an established cadence, identifying key areas of risk and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee Rightway's client financial reconciliation process including the presentation of results directly to clients and consultants.
  • Oversee Rightway's manufacturer rebate contracts, processes, and client remittances.
  • Direct the optimization of Rightway's pricing strategy to drive down clients' drug spend including MAC management and financial evaluation of formulary changes.
  • Provide support to escalations in the client contracting process related to the contract's financial exhibits and definitions.
  • Coordinate with the Pharmacy Navigation, Formulary, and Operations teams to implement and optimize cost containment solutions.
  • Support and mentor the Cost of Goods team with members of varying seniority (analysts to senior managers) in the execution of the team's objectives.
  • Support client rebate and financial guarantee audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
  • 5-7 years of PBM/Healthcare experience with a focus in pricing, manufacturer rebates, and risk analysis
  • 1-3 years leading a team of financial analysts
  • SQL, Python, and Tableau experience a plus
  • Location information: Remote

BASE SALARY: $160,000-$180,000
