Role Overview
As the Director, Corporate FP&A, you develop the long-term financial vision for our Company. This role manages the multi-year financial model and oversees associated reporting and commentary. You partner with business leaders and departmental heads to build financial models that drive the financial execution of the Company's strategy, and accurately reflect risks and opportunities. You have a high-level of visibility within the business, and have the ability to deliver information to all levels of the organization with confidence. You have excellent customer focus, a service mentality, and the ability to partner closely with internal customers.
You lead your team to effectively deliver customer and business value. You coach and develop the careers of your direct reports as they hone their craft. You collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally to develop strong, trusting connections with stakeholders, uphold and exemplify our company values, and shape the culture within your area.

What you do each day:
• Own the Company's consolidated financial model and projections, which include financial model building, forecasting, and scenario planning processes
• Prepare presentations and reporting related to financial results and projections for the Board as well as internal senior management
• Guide improvement of existing models and processes and develop new analytical frameworks that enhance insight and improve forecasting reliability through interpretation of key business drivers and trends
• Provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and key business metrics to operating teams, company leadership, and other groups as necessary
• Lead the preparation and analysis of consolidated P&L for actuals and forecasts; oversee forecast variance analysis with a mindset of continual improvement to increase model accuracy
• Drive multiple highly visible strategic projects, including developing frameworks to allow dynamic scenario planning and the ability to maintain multiple forecast versions simultaneously
• Participate in migration of modeling infrastructure from spreadsheet-based models into Workday Adaptive Planning
• Work with various teams in the company to automate and simplify the process of planning, forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications:
• 7-10 years relevant management experience
• 5+ years in corporate FP&A
• BA/BS degree with a quantitative focus or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with financial and visualization software (i.e. Adaptive Planning and NetSuite is a plus)
• Expert level skills building financial models and experience establishing scenario planning frameworks

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $132,000-$165,000 + Bonus + Equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro's equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
