If so, FCCI Insurance Group is the company for you!We are currently seeking a Director of Campus Operations to oversee our corporate facilities program, security operations and onsite dining. In this highly visible and collaborative leadership role, you will support efficient operations of our facilities, mitigate risk, and create a work environment that optimizes the performance and productivity of our employees, customers and partners.
This role will be based in our corporate office in Sarasota, FL.Additional responsibilities include:* Oversee and evaluate the programs and strategies designed to provide an exceptional working environment in all FCCI office locations through safe, functional, secure, clean, efficient and economical operation of our facilities.* Support the establishment of proactive practices and continuously assess the effectiveness of processes, systems and internal controls. Place emphasis on continual efficiency improvements.* Engage in strategic planning to assess future building, staffing, service and space needs, and recommend priorities. Develop and manage the operating budget and capital expenditure plan.* Supervise the development of RFPs, bids, contracts and/or proposals for department-related services.
Coordinate and administer contracts with outside vendors following the corporate vendor management process. Act as a liaison with local, state, and federal governmental agencies, as necessary.* Work closely with outside real estate brokers and assist in the selection of leased property locations, space planning/design, build-out and expansion, and coordination of any relocations. Support regional teammates and collaborate with property management in leased office locations.* Support ongoing corporate training and awareness on safety measures and work with key stakeholders as part of the corporate Safety Committee.
