- Help develop and maintain Call Center
- Manage up to 45 indirect employees
- Health Care with claims and processing experience is mandatory
- Ability to troubleshoot systems
- Ensure the proper customer experience
- Ability to work with internal leaders
- Avaya experience is a plus
- Analyze KPI's for issue and trends
- Conflict Management experience
