Position Overview
As a Director in CrossCountry's Financial Services Practice, you will be part of the team assisting large Asset Managers, Private Equity firms, Credit Funds, CLO Issuers supporting and improving middle and back-office operations functions, including: valuations, risk analytics, counterparty reconciliations, fund accounting, system selection and implementation, target operating model development, data integration with fund administrators and financial reporting.

For applicants located in New York, CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $220,000 - $303,250 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
