In this supa role you will:
- Work collaboratively with our Gardena team
- Use our state-of-the-art Digital prints and cutters to produce high quality prints that our customers love
- Ensure we maintain our high standards of prints by carrying out all quality control steps
- Perform routine maintenance on digital printers
- Work with multiple computer applications for Direct to film printing including but not limited to: Acro Rip, CAD Line, Caldera, Affinity Photo, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Quickly troubleshoot and issues to minimize downtime.
- Positively contribute to the team, communicate effectively, demonstrate our values, be open to feedback and growing your skills and knowledge.
We're looking for people with the following experience, skills and abilities:
- Understanding of and experience working in digital printing environment
- Experience in or ability to learn ink jet printing, sublimination, eco-sol, UV printing & other Wide format printing methods.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and also able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and color perception
- Commitment to safety first culture - the safety of our people is a top priority
