Direct Support Worker

WORK SCHEDULE:

Your weekly schedule as a part-time Direct Support Worker at Life Works will consist of the following shifts:

• Monday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

In this role, your days will be as dynamic as they are rewarding. You'll wake up each day ready to problem-solve, organize, and create opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Your work as a Direct Support Worker revolves around providing one-on-one support, helping with daily living activities, and encouraging participation in social and recreational activities. Whether it's assisting with personal care and hygiene, planning outings, or fostering a safe and supportive environment, your role is all about building lasting relationships and improving the quality of life for those we serve.
