New Hope of Arizona, Inc. is an organization specializing in Behavioral Health and offers therapeutic services to children, adolescents and young adults throughout Arizona. Our team strives to improve the quality of life for those we serve by providing services in their natural living environment and/or the most appropriate setting. Services are typically provided within the members home, placement(s), and/or out in the community; whichever the member feels most comfortable.
This is a great opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in the Behavioral Health Field and work directly with children, adolescents, and young adults. You will have the ability to learn how to work with diagnoses such as Autism, Substance/Alcohol abuse, Schizophrenia, Bi-Polar, etc. You can work a flexible schedule and even work around an area near you!

Responsibilities:
- Promoting independence in daily activities, such as work, learning, and leisure.
- Facilitate resident’s inclusion in the community's experiences and activities.
- Maintaining knowledge of residents’ requirements.
- Complying with the facility’s policies and procedures.
- Maintaining documentation in compliance with company procedures.
