Direct Support Professional House Manager

Our company is a small business based in Sacramento, CA. Our goal is to train and educate Adults with Developmental Disabilities who live independently in their own homes in independent living skills.

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional House Manager to work with adults with developmental disabilities living independently in their own homes. The successful candidate may be responsible for working with clients on daily living activities, planning and organizing activities to support clients on their path to self-sufficiency, and assisting with leading the day-to-day support of our clients. The House Manager may also train and educate support staff in completing these duties.

The Direct Support Professional House Manager may be responsible for following case plans, filling out necessary paperwork, covering shifts, assisting staff with completing training and any duties assigned by the Director and/or Supervisor, and updating Supervisors and the Director on any issues of concern. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment and make use of their problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
