Direct Care Staff /HTS /Job Coach with Sign on Bonus ($500)(Lawton)

- Providing caregiving /direct care to physically or mentally challenged adults in their homes
- Serving as a companion to clients
- Preparing meals
- Providing bathing and dressing assistance
- Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Training daily habilitation and behavioral goals
- Keeping proper care records and reporting changes to management team
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass background check
- Reliable transportation and valid insurance
- Ability to attend mandated training, to safely care for service recipients
