Job Description
Woodward Resource Center (WRC) is seeking Caregivers, Direct Support Professional Caregivers as Resident Treatment Workers (RTWs) to join our team. These are full-time opportunities starting at $19.95 per hour and can be adjusted depending upon experience with an applicable shift differential of $0.90 per hour for the second shift and $1.00 per hour for the third shift. WRC offers a strong opportunity for advancement, growth, and development.
No specific education or experience is required. A successful candidate must have the ability to provide the necessary monitoring, assistance, supervision, and activities to meet the Individual daily living needs. Resident Treatment Workers (RTWs) are required to be available to work mandatory extra hours to meet Individual care standards.

As part of the WRC team:
- Take appropriate action per HHS/WRC policies, procedures, and work rules to ensure the rights of Individuals.
- Demonstrate knowledge of appropriate management and training techniques so that Individuals are protected, and their training needs are addressed.
- Provide continuous active treatment programs to each Individual so that each may function with as much independence and self-determination as possible.
- Follow accepted health care and sanitation procedures so that Individuals reside in a safe, secure, and healthy environment.
- Complete administrative procedures and related duties so the work environment enhances the WRC mission.
- Assist Individuals, working as part of their interdisciplinary team (IDT), and develop their person-centered Individual Support Plans (ISPs) to meet needs, preferences, and goals.
- Interact with Individuals with sensitivity, dignity, and respect.
- Other duties as assigned.
