Salary** Only Hiring Saturday & Sunday 6am-2pm**
Duties:
- Provide Direct Support and assistance to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining social skills and relationships
- Assist with transportation to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and individual progress
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement strategies
- Familiarity with implementing individualized treatment plans
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
