As a DSP, you will work directly with our developmentally disabled adults in their homes, supporting them in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.
You will be joining a passionate community of professionals and staff who support each other in a diverse and rewarding work culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist residents with daily living and help them achieve their goals
- Provide support, instruction, and written documentation of care
- Promote wellbeing within the residence
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: Starting rate of $16.10 - $16.70 per hour (depending on experience, location and position) and up to $18.10 - $18.70 per hour within one year, based upon completing required Growth Ladder training
- $2,500 - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!!

What We Require:
