Astound Broadband, a growing leader in telecommunications is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team in a Direct Sales Representative role. We are a "Triple Play Provider (cable, internet, phone)" offering superior customer service and advanced technology to our residential clients. The ideal individual will be dynamic, creative and self-motivated, bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.
The right candidate will have unlimited earnings potential as well as a "fun and exciting" working environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential residential customers through relationship building, telemarketing, networking and door - to - door selling
Achieving goals and expectations through these relationships, reaching sales objectives and maximizing the penetration of Astound - Broadband services within their assigned territory
- Must be customer service focused and be able to resolve customer concerns
- Distribute marketing material
- Participate in special sale events
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), College experience, preferred
- 2-3 years sales experience, preferred
- Bilingual-English & Spanish, preferred
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills
- Prior experience in maintaining successful/ongoing business partner relationships with customer base
- Outstanding Organizational skills
- Experience in implementing Sales process improvement programs
Other Job Specific Skills & Requirements:
- Strong management/leadership experience in managing sales/operations teams
- Experience in developing and support of compensation plans
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Total compensation range specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations: Base salary of $ 32,145.15 plus $67,000 in commission at goal. Uncapped earnings potential with opportunities to hit additional commission and bonus targets. Mileage reimbursement program, commuter benefits, company provided cell phone and laptop/tablet, 401(k) plan with company match, medical, dental, vision and many additional benefits.
