FIELD TRAINERS:
Your role is crucial in developing the competencies of our Direct Sales / Face to Face team members. You'll be responsible for field training, ensuring agents are equipped to offer products like Highspeed Internet, Free ACP Internet, Xfinity Mobile, and Xfinity TV Service.

REGIONAL FIELD MANAGERS:
Take charge by building, growing, training, and developing a team of 5-10 agents within a designated region. (Weekly Salary Guarantee + Commissions + Overrides)

- Facilitate agent training for various customer types: Winback Customers, Upgrades, ACP Customers, and Market Expansion areas.
