RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Work closely with in-house millworkers, carpenters, and project managers from start to finish of renovations and complete builds.
- Coordinate with site management to prioritize projects, working with local Project Managers to understand and undertake projects of varying scopes and sizes.
- Utilize multitasking skills to manage new build and renovation projects, coordinating with various timelines and deadlines.
- Occasional site inspections to verify measurements.
- Communicate with in-house teams and Project Managers to relay updates and address questions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience in AutoCAD design required
- Experience in Adobe PDF is preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Have woodworking knowledge to create submission drawings, shop drawings and RFQ Set.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Able to read construction drawing sets
- Ability to do field surveys
- Able to multitask with ease and work on multiple projects at a time
- Problem solver, with great communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
