Adecco is working with a local client in Mayville, WI in their search for Assemblers. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a national company that is looking to expand their workforce.
PAY: $ 19.34
Hours:1ST Shift: MONDAY-FRIDAY 6AM-2:30PM with mandatory OT that can extend the M-F work hours up to 10 hours and also requires every other Saturday as needed to meet production needs
Bonus Pay Guaranteed after 30 days!!!
New Hire Incentive Bonus: $1000 in 3 payments ($200 @ 3 mo.'s - $400 @ 6 mo.'s - $400 @ 12 mo.'s) *can't have any disciplines in that quarter
$200 after 3 months
$400 after 6 months
$400 after 12 months
JOB SUMMARY:
Perform production work on a variety of machines including NC/CNC machines loading and unloading parts and inspection of the parts to ensure quality. Must be able to make tool offsets in the machine control to maintain tolerances on the parts being produced. Will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to the Machine Shop Operator #1 classification.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Must be able to read and understand blueprints and produce parts from the information obtained from the blueprints within required tolerances.
Responsible for the quality of the parts they produce and perform first-piece inspection, as well as subsequent inspections, to ensure overall quality.
Responsible for taking care of routine maintenance and keeping the work area clean and neat.
Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding.
Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety.

Pay Details: $19.34 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ Year Manufacturing Experience
- Possess the skill and ability to assemble manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or complete products.
- Able to operate assembly equipment such as rivet machines, assembly presses and power tools.
- Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, sitting and bending, as well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 30 lbs. frequently.
