Home Health Aides working in a home care setting do more than provide great care, they change the quality of life of seniors and people with disabilities to keep them independent and safe in the home.
Additional requirements include:
English proficiency and excellent communication skills
Two references required
Proof of a 2 Step-TB test taken within the last year showing clear results

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Workers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized care and support. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Help clients with mobility and transfers
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed
- Collaborate with case managers and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of client care and progress
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care, caregiving, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of nursing home procedures and protocols is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries
- Familiarity with case management principles and practices
- Basic understanding of hospice care and end-of-life support
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Skills:
- Proficient in taking vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature)
- Experience with behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques for specific dietary needs
- Understanding of social work principles in providing support to individuals
