Who You Are:You want to make a positive impact in the lives of people living with disabilities. We are looking for people who understand the importance of providing the greatest quality of life possible for the individuals we support.
Compensation: Starting at $18.50/hr plus potential bonuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 hours per day (35 hours a week, Full Time)
Morning Shift: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
What You Will Do:
- Work directly with individuals and implement person-centered goals and activities
- Work onsite at 1532 E. San Bernardino Ave. B1-B5, Pomona, CA 91767
- Assist with activities of daily living, community integration and employment
- Maintain all written daily documentation (meaningful case notes, logs & assessments, etc.)
What’s Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Licensed for at least 3 years
- No Type A Violation in the last 5 years
- Valid California (CA) driver’s license and DMV printout (good Driving record)
- Ability to successfully clear Live Scan/background check. **reimbursement after probation period**
- Must pass a Health Screen
- Must have a TB test clearance
