Building Bridges is seeking Direct Care Staff. No experience is required, but it is highly valued. We will train the right candidate.

What we require:

Applicant must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. A background check is required. Essential functions of the job may include but are not limited to the following:

• Supervise students in their daily activities and ensure their safety
• Facilitate and ensure that students abide by house expectations
• Facilitate and supervise students with their daily and weekly schedule
• Participate in and co-facilitate daily or weekly groups
• Provide daily or weekly shift notes
• To support and encourage students in their therapeutic progress
• Transportation of students
• To be flexible in coverage
• Administer medication as needed
• Read and follow employee handbook expectations
• Handyman experience a plus but not required
• Experience in a group home environment a plus but not required

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
