Salary: $93,500 - $183,500

Job Summary
Working as the Dir, Regional Operations (Restaurant Services), you will manage a new contract partnering with a NYC airline/airport to provide a luxury dining experience to world class travelers! The centerpiece of this operation is a 140-seat fine dining a la carte restaurant with a restaurant partner who is synonymous with NYC, James Beard awards and Michelin stars! This position requires planning and project management skills a, strong Restaurant Services background and the knowledge/ passion/ execution ability to create and provide a one-of-a-kind experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct the operation in support of the Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop common direction for the team. Sets priorities and makes team agenda and strategy clear to all team members.
  • Develop, recommend and implement SOP's for the business to ensure highest operational efficiency, profitability and quality.
  • Financial management of the contract and operation.
  • Project and practice consistent ownership attributes, which provide a high level of customer service at all points of contact.
  • Hire, train, motivate and develop a professional management staff and hourly workforce

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years experience upscale casual and/or fine dining.
  • Experience with multi-unit foodservice management or large service contracts with a combined managed volume of $30 million or greater.
  • Strong track record of driving client and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability and passion for working in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication, verbal communication and presentation skills.
