The Director of Human Resources (Human Resources Business Partner) will support and partner with our global operations team to create a positive employee experience and lasting employee engagement. The successful HRBP will act as a change agent in support of key business strategies, creating alignment across our global enterprise to include the U.S., China, and Mexico, amongst other locations. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this position will have leadership responsibility for 2 U.S. HR Business Partners supporting Operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience required
  • 5+ years management experience
  • Experience supporting operations (manufacturing, production, supply chain, engineering, etc)
  • Experience working at all levels of the company; executive to associate level
  • Experience working within a global matrix reporting structure will be an added advantage


Our Director of Human Resources will:

  • Weigh in and help develop enterprise strategy. Serve as a valuable member of the leadership team as we work together on mission and values alignment
  • Work with leaders on organizational design and development; fostering learning and team building capabilities
  • Stay close to key business drivers and current performance across the business; display servant leadership to help the teams meet or exceed their performance goals
  • Drive the execution of a formal talent and performance process.


Global Experience

  • Partners with leadership teams to evaluate organization structures and align resources to the critical priorities
  • Continue ongoing refinement of existing structures and build out new teams as required to support scalable growth
  • Has led a significant change initiative in global organization


Talent Strategy

  • Partnering with our awesome Talent Acquisition team to deliver a recruiting plan that aligns with the business objectives, incorporates traditional and non-traditional recruiting sources and ensures the casting of a "wide-net" to attract and introduce qualified diverse candidates to the organization
