Looking for DIR Floortime therapists with advanced training to join our growing practice!
We are a growing pediatric therapy center located in Wyckoff, NJ and we want you to join us in our growing practice!
Our mission is to provide each child with excellent individualized professional therapy services in a warm, fun, and collaborative environment. We believe that therapy should address the whole child to maximize his or her ability to function physically, academically, socially and emotionally.
The Village Therapy Place is seeking DIR Floortime Therapy providers for children of all ages. This includes early intervention (birth to 3 years old), preschool (3 to 5 years old) and school age children (5 years old and up). We’re looking for dynamic, caring DIR Floortime providers who excel at motivating children and communicating with their parents. We provide a positive, fun, warm and supportive environment and offer our families education and encouragement to help their children reach their goals. The DIR Floortime provider is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of various delays in a wide-ranging population including children with ASD, ADD/ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, selective mutism, apraxia and social anxiety.
The DIR Floortime practitioner is an integral and vital member of the interdisciplinary team. At The Village Therapy Place, we firmly believe that a team approach strongly enhances progress. That’s why we emphasize collaboration with the entire “village” involved in a child’s care. Helping parents, siblings, administrators, and teachers understand a child’s strength, as well the challenges he or she faces is key to achieving success.
If you love working with children, gain satisfaction from empowering them, and connecting with the child’s “Village”, we would love talking with you!
