As a Director Cash Operations in Omaha, NE, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry!

Job Summary:

Provides leadership to the Cash Operations organization which includes contract administration & setup and billing & invoicing . Collaborates across multiple business units including Accounting, Finance, and Customer Service Managers on ongoing process improvements and swift resolution of billing related inquires or issues. Environment is high volume, fast paced and involves support of customers across industries including financial institutions, retailers and academic facilities. This role will look for process improvements through automation, training, and new policy establishment and related communication. Oversees day to day activities of team members to ensure achievement of contract set-up and timely and accurate invoicing for transaction-based customers. Team members will be required to effectively multitask by accessing, researching, and updating customer records utilizing order management, accounts receivable and transaction-based warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract administration in order management system for all executed contracts.
  • Provide oversight of monthly billing process for all transaction-based customers to achieve timely and accurate customer invoices.
  • Manage all month-end and quarter-end deadlines for close process.
  • Manage and coordinate timely responses to customer inquiries regarding customer invoices.
  • Review and execution of SOX narratives and controls. Provide information as needed to Internal and External Auditors.
  • Address internal and external customer escalations related to customer invoicing.
  • Responsible for the development and on-going measurement of performance metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience.
  • 6 + years' experience in contract administration, billing and invoicing and related work.
  • Ability to drive process changes .
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service approach.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Proactive in communicating and identifying items for escalation .

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:

  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of Oracle and/or RecVue a plus.
